Steve Fitzpatrick

Steve Fitzpatrick was born and raised in Helena, Montana.  Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, highest honors, from Montana State University in 2001.  In 2004, he graduated from the Arizona State University College of Law cum laude.  After law school, Steve clerked for Judge Thomas Honzel at the Montana First Judicial District Court in Helena, Montana.  In 2006, Steve joined Smith, Walsh, Clarke, and Gregoire, PLLP.  His current areas of practice include insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, insurance defense, trusts and estates litigation, products liability, negligence, construction litigation, environmental torts, and general litigation.  Steve is a member of the State Bar of Montana, State Bar of Arizona, and the Cascade County Bar Association.

Away from work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Julia and their daughter Laura.
